Castaways Location is 10 minutes outside of Hay River, Northwest Territories.
Turn Left from Mackenzie Highway (NT-2): Just before the bridge turn left off the Mackenzie Highway (NT-2) and continue for approximately 2.5 kilometers.
Turn left onto Lagoon Road, the road curves naturally — it’s the only road available at that point.
Arrive at Destination: Proceed along Lagoon Road, Castaways Cottages & Campground will be on your left after passing ‘2 Seasons Campground’
Each rental unit at Castaways has space between the next and all cottages and cabins are just steps from our Great Slave Lake beachfront. Cottages have ample parking and personal outdoor space.
The Castaways Cottages & Campground property has 5 entry points onto the property; please check the map to see which is most relevant to you cabin booking. The site is not one way, however roads are narrow; please drive cautiously and be courteous throughout. Please drive slowly and watch for children, staff, ATVs, pets and wildlife.
